What comes with the project.
A defined scope, agreed before work begins.
Plan & create
- Discovery, sitemap, page planning and visitor journey.
- Up to five agreed core content pages.
- Collaborative copy development from an interview and your materials.
- Custom visual direction and responsive development.
Connect & check
- An admin portal for the site content and controls agreed in your project.
- One standard inquiry form.
- A straightforward link or embed to an existing booking service, if needed; custom booking systems are quoted separately.
- Foundational SEO: page titles/descriptions, headings, indexability and sitemap, plus Google Search Console setup.
- Optional GA4 and agreed inquiry-event tracking, with appropriate privacy configuration.
- Performance, accessibility, mobile and end-to-end form-delivery checks.
Review & hand over
- Two consolidated revision rounds, with feedback brought together by one client approver.
- Launch after approval and completion of agreed checks.
- Source-code handoff, documentation and a recorded walkthrough of the delivered site and account responsibilities.
- 14 calendar days of post-launch correction for defects in the agreed deliverables, beginning at launch.
Clear boundaries. Clear costs.
Expanded work is quoted separately.
E-commerce, complex integrations, customer or team portals, full brand identity, photography, ongoing content production, advertising, ongoing SEO and third-party subscriptions are not automatically included in the $5,000 project.
Foundational SEO sets up the site for search; it is not an ongoing SEO campaign or a promise of rankings or leads. A standard contact form and an existing booking link/embed are different from a custom booking system.
Hosting & care are optional.
Hosting, monitoring, maintenance and a defined update allowance can be agreed separately. Domain, hosting, booking and other subscription costs, who pays them, and any license or export limits are identified in the proposal. No mandatory maintenance subscription.
Your domain and service accounts remain yours. Receive source and documentation for the deliverable so you can move it elsewhere. A full handoff is available if you want to manage the site yourself with AI, with a walkthrough of how to plan, make, and test changes. Third-party software and assets retain their own license terms.
A project you can follow.

Before we start.
Do I need a finished brief?
No. Start with your business and what needs to change. Website scoping is included. Studio Console is an optional guided way to prepare your inquiry.
What happens after launch?
Every Armature build includes an admin portal. You receive the source, documentation and walkthrough for the deliverable. Choose a full handoff if you want to manage it yourself with AI, including a walkthrough of how to plan, make and test changes. Hosting and care are optional and separately scoped. Your domain and service accounts stay in your company’s name. Third-party services and licensed assets may have recurring fees or transfer limits, which we explain in the proposal.
What counts as a defect?
A defect is a failure to meet the agreed scope. The 14-calendar-day correction window begins at launch. New content, redesigns and added features are new work. Other responsibilities continue as set out in your agreement; the window does not cancel those obligations.
How do the review and payment stages work?
Two consolidated revision rounds are included. The agreement defines each review and what happens when the scope changes. Payments are 50% at kickoff and 50% after your approval on staging, before launch.
What does the client supply?
A business interview, existing content and service details, approved brand assets, images you have permission to use, necessary account access through secure invitations, and one decision-maker for consolidated feedback. We agree the content limits, missing inputs and due dates before starting.
How long does it take?
The timeline is agreed in your proposal and depends on the required content, access and approvals. There is no fixed advertised turnaround.
Can you improve a website I already have?
Yes. A service page, project portfolio or inquiry path can be a separately scoped improvement. Larger redesigns and additional pages can be quoted as expanded websites.
Does the website include a custom app?
Your owner admin portal is included. Customer or team portals, CRMs, estimating tools, custom booking systems and other software are individually scoped and quoted. A fit/scoping conversation comes first; uncertain technical work may need a separately agreed discovery phase.
